Customers will be charged $7.50 per mile for each additional mile over 10 miles. Service includes vehicle tow to Pep Boys location. Towing distance varies based on your location and the specific roadside assistance needed. Pick-up available only in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Listed pricing excludes vehicles that require upgraded towing/service equipment due to body damage or additional external equipment, trucks with dual rear wheels, non-light duty vehicles, and vehicles with Gross Vehicle Weight Rating exceeding 10,000 pounds. Pricing for medium duty vehicles (vehicles between 10,000-26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight Rating and trucks with dual rear wheels) is $274.99 for the first 10 miles and $9.50 per mile for each additional mile. Service is unavailable for all other vehicles.
